Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of CraftAutoFlow, the digital commerce and automated fulfillment platform operated by Nexavalan Tech Solutions (“CraftAutoFlow”, “we”, “us”). They form a binding agreement between us and you, the person or entity that registers a creator account (“Creator”, “you”).
By registering an account, launching a store, or accepting payments through the platform, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Eligibility and accounts
You must meet each of these conditions to open and keep a Creator account.
- 3.1
Age and capacity. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract.
- 3.2
Accurate information. Registration and verification details must be true, current, and complete, and you must keep them up to date.
- 3.3
Account security. You are responsible for your credentials and for every action taken through your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- 3.4
One account. Operate a single Creator account unless we approve additional accounts in writing.
- 3.5
Restricted jurisdictions. You may not use the platform if you are located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country subject to comprehensive sanctions or trade embargoes, or if you appear on an applicable sanctions list.
The platform and automated fulfillment
CraftAutoFlow provides hosted storefronts, checkout across local mobile money and international card rails, and automated delivery of what you sell. There are no fixed subscription charges; we earn only when you make a sale.
- 4.1
What we deliver. On a successful payment we deliver the product on your behalf, whether that is a file, an invite link to a WhatsApp or Telegram community, a software license key, course access, or a meeting confirmation, and we send the Buyer a receipt.
- 4.2
What you supply. You are responsible for the product itself, its description, its price, and for holding every right needed to sell and deliver it.
- 4.3
Third-party services. Messaging, community, calendar, and payment providers operate under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, or for decisions they make about your account with them.
- 4.4
Custom domains. If you connect your own domain, you must control it and keep its registration current. We may suspend a connected domain that is misconfigured or used to impersonate another business.
- 4.5
Availability. We work to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in your dashboard where practical.
Creator wallets, fees and payouts
CraftAutoFlow acts as a payment facilitator. We collect funds from Buyers on your behalf and credit the net proceeds to your Creator Wallet.
- 5.1
Settlement. Gross revenue, less commission, payment processing costs, and applicable taxes, is credited to your Wallet once the transaction clears.
- 5.2
Commission. Current commission and processing rates are published in your dashboard. We give at least 30 days notice, in the dashboard and by email, before an increase takes effect.
- 5.3
Payouts. You may request a payout of your available balance to a verified bank account or mobile money account, including M-Pesa. Payouts may be subject to minimum amounts, verification, and holding periods that limit fraud and chargeback exposure.
- 5.4
Currency conversion. Where a sale is taken in a currency other than the base currency of your Wallet, funds are converted at our daily rate, which includes a conversion margin shown before you confirm a payout.
- 5.5
The Wallet is not a bank account. Balances are funds we hold for settlement. They are not deposits, they are not insured, and they do not earn interest.
- 5.6
Negative balances. If refunds, chargebacks, or fees exceed your available balance, the shortfall becomes a debt payable to us, and we may recover it from later sales.
Taxes and verification
- 6.1
Your taxes. You are responsible for determining, collecting where required, reporting, and paying any tax arising from your sales.
- 6.2
Withholding. Where law requires it, we may withhold tax from your proceeds or payouts and remit it to the relevant authority.
- 6.3
Verification. Before your first payout, and from time to time afterwards, we may ask for identity, business, and ownership documents to meet anti-money-laundering, sanctions, and payment-partner requirements. Payouts may be held until verification is complete.
Creator conduct and prohibited products
The platform is for lawful commerce. You may not list, sell, or deliver:
- 7.1
Products that are illegal, or that promote violence, hatred, or harm.
- 7.2
Fraudulent, counterfeit, or deliberately misleading products, including schemes that promise guaranteed financial returns.
- 7.3
Content you do not own or do not have permission to sell.
- 7.4
Malware, credential kits, or code intended to damage systems or bypass security controls.
- 7.5
Personal data, account credentials, or access to services you do not control.
- 7.6
Products that breach the rules of the messaging or community platform used to deliver them.
We may remove listings, pause checkout, hold funds, or close accounts where we find prohibited activity, and we report unlawful activity to the authorities where the law requires it.
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of everything you create. By listing a product you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and transmit it, strictly to operate your store and fulfill orders. The license ends when you remove the product, except for copies we must keep for records or to preserve access for Buyers who already purchased.
The platform itself, including its software, source code, designs, databases, and the CraftAutoFlow name and marks, belongs to us or our licensors.
If you believe a listing infringes your rights, write to [email protected] with details of the work, the listing, and how to reach you. We remove infringing material and close accounts that infringe repeatedly.
Refunds and chargebacks
You set your own refund policy and publish it on your store. It must comply with consumer protection law in the Buyer’s country.
- 9.1
Refunds we may issue. We may refund a Buyer directly where a product was not delivered, materially differs from its description, or the transaction appears fraudulent.
- 9.2
Chargebacks. If a Buyer bank reverses a payment, the disputed amount and any fee charged by the payment partner are deducted from your Wallet.
- 9.3
Evidence. We will ask you for delivery records and correspondence to contest a chargeback. Respond by the deadline shown in your dashboard, since a dispute cannot be contested without evidence.
- 9.4
Repeat disputes. Sustained high dispute rates may lead to longer holding periods, a rolling reserve, or account closure, in line with payment network rules.
Suspension and termination
- 10.1
By you. You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. Request a payout of your available balance first.
- 10.2
By us. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, to meet a legal or payment-partner requirement, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.
- 10.3
Funds after closure. Available balances are paid out once pending disputes, refunds, and holding periods are settled and verification is complete.
- 10.4
Your Buyers. Where practical we keep access live for Buyers who already paid; where that is not possible we refund them from the affected balance.
- 10.5
Your records. Export your store and sales records before closing. We keep transaction records for the period the law requires.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we make no promise about the level of sales you will achieve.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither CraftAutoFlow nor its directors, employees, or agents are liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the total fees you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law rules.
If a dispute arises, contact us first at [email protected]. We will work to resolve it in good faith within 30 days. If we cannot, the dispute will be heard by the courts of Kenya, and you agree to that jurisdiction.
Changes and contact
We update these terms as the platform and the law change. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. For material changes we give notice in your dashboard and by email at least 30 days before they take effect, and continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
